Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bj326 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj326 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decisions or actions on the platform;

• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any changes to games, markets, or services made in accordance with these Terms.

bj326's total liability to any player, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
